An absolutely stunning Sedgefield home

From the marble & brushed brass mosaic on the kitchen backsplash to the spa-like blues in the pool bath, this sprawling one-level built by Wolfe Homes was designed with modern luxury in mind.

Long before construction began, the brilliant Michele Prather of Wolfe Homes had a vision for this kitchen that featured light wood cabinetry and striking black marble countertops. The bold Thassos, Nero Marquina, & brushed brass backsplash ties it all together perfectly.

In the master bathroom, large format tiles in warm grey hues are complimented by the smoky color of the cabinetry. Light walls and ample natural light make the space feel fresh and clean, and the rain glass above the tub contributes to the relaxing, spa-like feel.

The master shower is spacious & refined, with luxurious touches including a glistening rain shower head, custom shampoo niche, sleek floating bench, & metal trim. The patterned marble floor adds a timeless elegance to the space. We could see ourselves spending a lot of time in here!

The beautiful tile throughout this home was installed by the incredibly talented Andy Beachy of Champion Tile Co.

The secondary bathrooms are clean & bright. In the shower bath, a white wood-look tile adds texture and compliments the natural finish of the vanity. Similarly, a linear stone-look tile creates directional movement in the tub bath. Matte glass in organic stone shapes (with a finish you have to feel to believe) adds interest to the shower floor & shampoo niches.

This fabulous pool bath makes waves with moody shades of blue. We are living for the iridescent blue wall tile behind the vanity (and soon, mirrors). We also love the dramatic patterns created by these sculptural pendant lights. It is a fun and inviting space with a relaxing yet luxurious vibe, perfect for guests and family members alike.

In true Wolfe Homes fashion, this wine room is something to write home about. What you can't see in this photo is that the wall to the left is almost entirely glass, looking out into the great room. What better way to impress guests than with a wine room on display? And this floor tile, a porcelain hex that reminds us of oak barrels, is absolutely perfect for a wine room. We can only imaging how beautiful this space will be when it's filled with wine!

In the great room, this modern fireplace clad in glossy porcelain slabs makes for a dramatic focal point, while the wall of windows to the rear highlight gorgeous views of the backyard, the pool, and the perfectly manicured golf course. Whether you're looking for a place to relax, play, or entertain, this home has it all!
