Our showroom is open by appointment only until further notice. We are making every effort to accommodate our more sensitive clients. This includes staggering appointment times and keeping showroom traffic spread out. Therefore, at this time, we are not accepting walk-ins.
We are wearing masks, disinfecting regularly, & practicing social distancing. In accordance with local and state requirements, we are wearing face masks in both the showroom and the warehouse. We are not wearing gloves, but we do have them and are happy to wear them during your appointment on request. We are also practicing social distancing and thoroughly cleaning samples & worksurfaces between appointments. Curbside pickup is also available on request. If there is anything else we can do to make you feel more comfortable here, please do not hesitate to ask.
Virtual appointments are available on request. If you prefer to make your selections virtually, please send us your ideas, inspiration images, or any other pertinent information, including photos of your countertops, cabinetry, paint colors, and fixtures. We will pull together our tile recommendations, send images & samples for your consideration, and schedule a video conference to discuss in detail. We are always happy to provide physical samples for your approval.
Yes, you may check out samples! We have not suspended our sample policy & are still allowing clients to check out samples. However, we ask that our clients practice extreme caution and only check out samples when absolutely necessary. We are thoroughly disinfecting all samples upon their return.
Lead times may be longer than usual. Please plan accordingly. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak as it pertains to our supply chain. Delays should be expected, and we strongly advise that you order your tile ahead of your project to minimize the risk of delaying your schedule. However, we are making every effort to provide realistic & accurate lead times despite the circumstances.
