Staff Picks: Lauren's favorite things

We asked each of our in-house designers to select their five favorite tiles from the showroom. Lauren's choices are a reflection of her refreshingly chic style, featuring organic details, tasteful layouts, & up-to-the-minute hues.

It is no surprise that this high-variation white zellige tile made Lauren's list. Handmade to achieve an effortless, perfectly imperfect aesthetic, these tiles pair beautifully with white and off-white, wood, natural stone, and metal accents. Vintage styling, as shown here with rough-cut wood and bead board wainscoting, keep this widely popular tile feeling fresh and authentic rather than trendy.

This lush green encaustic cement tile is a cheerful addition to any part of your home. The palm frond motif is simultaneously organic and streamlined. Rich shades of green and white combine to create a timeless yet punchy palette that we won't get over any time soon. Yes, it is daring, and that is what we love about it.

Calacatta is about as timeless as it gets. While we love natural Calacatta, it can be a bit much in a large space. This porcelain iteration offers a softer, more even-tempered aesthetic that still provides the right balance of warmth and drama without reading too bold. Combined with the modern look of large-format tiles and a high gloss finish that is suitable for flooring as well as walls, this tile is practically begging to be installed throughout your master bathroom.

We are always on the lookout for unique and eye-catching pieces, and we fell head over heels for this dolomite mosaic with brushed gold inlay. The combination of the rich dolomite marble with the shimmering gold inlay creates a stunning visual contrast that adds depth and dimension with a touch of luxury and sophistication. If you're looking to elevate your space, you can't top a pop of gold.

Pink tile has made a major come-back this year, especially among our high-end clients. This particular rosy hue, with light variation and an unusually small format, feels oh-so posh paired with white & gold. The herringbone layout and marble accents help make the bubble bath hue feeling grown up & sophisticated. We love to see it!
