Always in style: Organic & effortlessly chic marble mosaics

We adore natural patterns in soft, neutral colors. Unusual yet timeless, these are our favorites for modern & traditional homes alike.

It is easy to imagine this feathery Calacatta marble mosaic in the kitchen of our dreams. The combination of warm & cool color tones make it a lovely compliment to champagne bronze, chrome, or nickel fixtures. Pair it with flat-paneled cabinets and a monochromatic quartzite like the photo below for a fresh take on modern traditional.

In a master bathroom, nothing says spa-like luxury like a neutral color palate, lots of natural light, and a beautifully textured accent wall. These concentric circles are reminiscent tree rings, a subtle nod to the exposed beams on the ceiling. We love that the mosaic spans the entire wall, making the entire space feel wide open & effortlessly cool.

Sometimes, more is more. In this spacious master bath, designers create a calming atmosphere through the use of a warm palate, organic patterns, and fabulous attention to detail. Large format calacatta-look tiles keep cost down (& grout lines to a minimum) on the floor & shower walls, while a glamorous chandelier & intricate Calacatta marble accent wall steal the show - & our hearts!

Shades of blue, brown, grey, & gold create a unique yet harmonious color palate for this intricate mosaic. A pattern of this scale shines brightest in a small space, making it the perfect statement piece for this effortlessly cool powder room floor. Not pictured: this white & brass industrial-style vanity, linen wallpaper, & antique glass sconces.

We love the use of this floral motif in what would otherwise be a very minimalist-modern wet room. Bold oil-rubbed bronze windows & faucets serve up just enough contrast to balance out the softness below. Talk about an instant classic!
